Clinton Adams possesses over 25 years of comprehensive experience in business development, project management, and site supervision across Australia, making him a significant figure in the mining, resource industry, and civil construction sectors. His unmatched expertise is highlighted by his exceptional strategic planning skills and his proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

In 2019, Clint founded Group 1 Concrete & Civil Pty Ltd, under which he has successfully overseen and executed major projects, including the Renison Tin Mine Paste Plant Expansion & Upgrade and the ATOM Hobart Bund Projects Stages 1 & 2. On a local scale, Clint has managed the construction of two Flood Recovery Villages and continues to oversee Make Safe works in the Northern Rivers.

Before establishing Group 1, Clint was an integral part of the executive team at Jagcor Construction. There, he initiated Jagcor's presence in the Eastern States in 2017, leading significant construction efforts, such as the Dargues Gold Mine Braidwood Project and the BHP Olympic Dam EP6/TSF6. Additionally, Clint secured and managed a major project at the Beyondie Kalium Lakes Sulphate of Potash Mine during his tenure with Jagcor.

Starting his career as a formwork carpenter, Clint is fully certified and brings extensive civil construction experience from both hands-on and managerial perspectives. He has contributed significantly to various projects, ranging from infrastructure to environmental protection, in roles with Ertech, Formaction, and Killarnee Civil & Concrete. These experiences have showcased his versatility and leadership capabilities.

Throughout his construction career, Clint has honed skills in multiple areas, including concrete structures, process plant foundations, tilt panel construction, earthworks, bridges, roads, substations, camp construction, water infrastructure, and environmental protection/remediation. Clint holds a NSW Contractor Licence in General Concreting. His specialty skills encompass planning, scheduling, project analysis, business development, stakeholder relations, indigenous development, interface management, relationship contracting, and problem-solving.
